Autumn Equinox Yoga & Brunch by the Lake with Sophie

Welcome in the Autumn Equinox season with a morning of movement, reflection​ and connection in nature.

We’ll begin with a​n elemental vinyasa flow​ inspired by the water element and sacral chakra​, blending breath, fluid motion and grounding energy. Expect a spacious, creative practice with philosophy gently woven throughout and the soft scent of essential oils to anchor you in​to the practice.

After class, we’ll stroll ​up to The Reverie for a nourishing brunch overlooking the lake, shared in good company. You’ll also receive a few thoughtful goodies to take home​, something small to extend the magic.

What to bring:
• Your yoga mat and any props you like to use (the studio has limited flat mats and a few bolsters - if you'd like to reserve a mat, please email me)
• Comfortable yoga clothes
• Appropriate clothing or layers for a short 3–5 minute walk to the restaurant after class

Brunch Menu Highlights

After yoga, we’ll head to the lakeside restaurant where you’ll enjoy a brunch of your choice along with a hot drink, included in your ticket.

You’ll select your meal and drink prior to the event. Choose from the following options, catering to a variety of dietary needs:

1. The Planty One (Vegan)

Vegan sausages, baby mushrooms, avocado, hash brown, beans, roasted plum tomatoes, and toast.

2. Smashed Avo & Poached Egg (Vegetarian)

On toasted sourdough with chilli and chives. Optional add-ons: salmon, bacon, or halloumi.

3. Cilbir – Turkish Poached Eggs (Vegetarian)

Poached eggs with herb yogurt, chilli smoked paprika oil, and pickled shallots. Served with flatbread.

4. Super Green Omelette (Vegetarian, Gluten-light)

Filled with ricotta, avocado, and roasted red pepper.

5. Brioche French Toast (Vegetarian)

Topped with natural yogurt, berry compote, and fresh raspberries. Optional: bacon & maple syrup.
